I got this error when trying to update quantities on a Whse Receipt:

Cannot receive more than Outstanding Qty with Tolerance: ###

You can change the PO Qty. Tolerance % for each item. This % will be used to calculate the over-receipt amount. You may add the field to the Item page, or Item List to edit the value.
