When trying to process 945s, you might receive these errors:
Question:
Error: “This record is processed already.”
Answer:If you want to process the 945 again, uncheck the Processed field on the Import Shipment list.
Question:
Error: X945 EDI Generated is checked.
Answer:
If you want to update Whse Shipment, uncheck the 945 EDI Generated field on the Whse. Shipment list.
Question:
Error: If Whse Shipment has wrong warehouse.
Answer:
Delete the Whse Shipment, then recreate it from the Sales Order. You will need to update the Shipment No. on the Import Shipment record before processing 945.
