Create Accounting Periods

Overview

Accounting Periods are required if you use GoldFinch to prepare financial reports.

Steps

Navigate to Company Setup, then click the Create Accounting Periods button. GoldFinch will automatically create 12 Accounting Periods using months as the default accounting periods.

Note
It is recommended to run this routine at the end of the year to create accounting periods for the next year.
