Create Warehouse Receipts

Depending on your agreements with your vendor, you may receive one or multiple receipts against each Purchase Order. In GoldFinch, you can create as many receipts as needed for a Purchase Order.

Create a Warehouse Receipt

When the goods have been received at your facility, create the Warehouse Receipt from the Purchase Order by clicking Create Receipt.

Receive Service Items

It is possible to receive service items in GoldFinch. To enable this feature:

• Navigate to Custom Settings\System Settings.

• Create a new parameter: AllowToReceiveServiceItems, and set the value to True.
