Creating a New Account

Account Setup

When entering a New Account, you will choose the record type for the Account.

Congregate, MTM, MTM Household Member, or Other

• Menu Type: When creating a new account, you can select one of the following record types:

  • Congregate

  • MTM

  • MTM Household Member

  • Other

• Delivery Days: Select the Days you will be delivering to this site

• Meal Program: Select the Meal Program this account is associated with
