Cross Reference (Table)

Cross Reference Basic Fields

• Account - The vendor or customer associated with this Cross Reference.
• Blocked - If unchecked, the Cross Reference No. will be included as a searchable field on the Sales Order page. Blocked Cross References will not appear in search results.
• Cross Item Description - If populated, this description will appear on the Sales Order or Purchase Order PDF documents.
• Cross Reference No. - The item number used by the vendor or customer for this item.
• Default Sales UOM for Customer - If checked, the specified Unit of Measure (UOM) will be the default when this item is ordered by this customer.
• Item - The Item associated with this Cross Reference.
• Unit of Measure - The Unit of Measure (UOM) associated with this Cross Reference.
