Cycle Count Using an Inventory Report

You can use the GF1001 Inventory by Bin by Lot As Of Now report in GoldFinch to assist with inventory counts and make necessary adjustments.

Steps to Print and Use the Report:

1. Print the GF1001 Report:

   • Navigate to the GF1001 Inventory by Bin by Lot As Of Now report in GoldFinch.

   • Print the report, which provides a snapshot of your current inventory levels by bin and lot.

2. Use the Report for Physical Count:

   • Use the printed report as a guide during your physical inventory count.

   • Record the actual counted quantities and compare them with the quantities listed in the report.

3. Enter Differences in an Inventory Adjustment:

   • After completing the count, review any discrepancies between the actual quantities and the report.

   • Enter the differences into an Inventory Adjustment in GoldFinch to reconcile the discrepancies.

   • Post the Inventory Adjustment to update your system and ensure your inventory records are accurate.
