Fields Missing in Log Activity/Create Task

Question:

Some fields are not showing up in Log Activity/Create Task. How do I add them?

Answer:

You must go to Global Actions in Setup. Click on the Layout button for the Label you want to add fields to.

Drag and drop the Task Fields to add them to the layout.
