GFERP Package Installation Error - Custom Relationship Limit Exceeded

Error:

Cannot create new relationships. Each object can have no more than 40 custom relationships, including Master-Detail and Lookup relationships.

Solution:

Check the Company Setup, Sales Order, and Account objects to make sure there are not too many custom lookup fields defined. You may need to delete a few in order to install the GFERP package.
