GFERP Standard ERP Users

Provides read access to setup tables in the GoldFinch Setup app, read/write access to ERP master tables and transaction tables, and read access to ERP ledger entry tables.

GFERP ERP Setup

Grants full permission (read/update/delete) to ERP setup tables in the GoldFinch Setup app.

GFERP Extension App

Allows users access to the GoldFinch Extension app to perform data imports/exports, process EDI transactions, use mobile apps, and manage other integrations.

GFERP Standard Accounting Users

Provides access to the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Journal modules in GoldFinch.

GFERP Advanced Accounting Users

Grants access to advanced accounting features such as GL Budget, Bank Reconciliation, and financial reporting.
