Overview
GoldFinch ERP includes an AI-powered Chatbot assistant built on Salesforce Agentforce that allows users to interact with ERP and Accounting data using natural language.
Instead of navigating screens or running reports, you can simply ask questions like:
- “Do we have item A100 available?”
- “What is the status of sales order SO-10452?”
- “What is this customer’s balance?”
The system will understand your request and return a clear, business-friendly answer.
Where You Can Use It
Depending on your setup, Agentforce can be available in:
