How do I add a team member to the viewer list for a specific dashboard?
Answer:
If you have Manage Dashboard rights, please follow these steps.

Navigate to the Dashboards tab.

Select All Folders listed on the left-hand side.

Click the carrot on the far right of the row with your Dashboard Folder name.

Select Share from the dropdown.

In the new popup window, you can change the settings to choose who to share with and customize the view access.

Click Share, and then click on Done.
