To minimize support delays and reduce support costs, each client instance should have an active GoldFinch user account set up.
If a GoldFinch user has not yet been set up, you can temporarily grant access to the GoldFinch Support Team by following these steps:

Click your profile icon at the top right corner, then select Settings.

Click Grant Account Login Access.

For MICRO DATANET Support, set the Access Duration to 1 Month.

Click Save.
