How to Update Fieldsets to Display Additional Fields on the Visualforce Page

How do I update fieldsets when I want to display additional fields on the Visualforce page?

Answer:

Visualforce pages are different from standard pages; they are managed and cannot be modified.

In GoldFinch, several Edit buttons are overridden by Visualforce pages. You can add fields to the standard pages for display, but they cannot be modified.

You can add new fields or custom fields to the Visualforce page. Execute the following steps to add fields to the Visualforce page:

1. Open the Setup menu, and then search for Object Manager.

2. Search for the object, such as the Sales Order object.

3. Click Field Sets, and then edit the required fieldset.
