Installation & Setup

A GoldFinch Implementer will manage the procurement of your GoldFinch licenses and install the required GoldFinch packages—GFERP, GFCON, and GFACCT—in your Production instance.

• GFCON: This is the extension package for GFERP and is required for all installations. It provides essential features such as:
  • Data import/export routines
  • Mobile scanning applications
  • Credit card integration
  • And more
• GFACCT: This is an optional package used specifically for GoldFinch Accounting.

Post-Installation Configuration

Once the GoldFinch packages are installed, post-installation scripts will automatically configure the system with default setups.

To save time and ensure accuracy, we recommend working with a GoldFinch Implementer to review and update the initial setup directly in Production.

Sandbox and Testing

After the Production setup is complete, a Sandbox UAT Org will be created for transaction testing to validate your configuration before going live.
