Overview

A GoldFinch Implementer will coordinate your GoldFinch licenses and install the required packages in your Salesforce Production org:

• GFERP – The core GoldFinch ERP package.
• GFCON – A required extension package that provides additional capabilities, including:
  • Data import and export
  • Mobile scanning
  • Payment integrations
  • Other supporting features
• GFACCT – An optional package required when implementing GoldFinch Accounting.

Post-Installation Configuration

After the packages are installed, GoldFinch post-installation scripts automatically create the default system configuration.

To improve accuracy and reduce implementation time, your GoldFinch Implementer will work with your team to review and update this initial configuration in the Production org.

Sandbox Testing

After the initial Production configuration is complete, we will create or refresh a Salesforce sandbox for user acceptance testing (UAT). Your team will use this environment to test transactions, validate the configuration, and confirm that the system is ready for go-live.
