Item Formula Basic Fields
- Active Ingredient - Percentage of the active ingredient in the component. This is used in Batch Manufacturing.
- Additional Description - Additional description of the Item Formula line.
- Component - Specifies the component item included in the Item Formula.
- Component Description - Displays the description of the component item.
- Component Low Level - Indicates the low-level code of the component within the BOM structure for planning and calculation purposes.
- Conversion
- Cost Allocation % - Cost allocation percentage of the parent item corresponding to the component. This is used in Reverse Kit BOM calculations.
- Default - Indicates whether this Formula Version is the default version used for production.
- Extended Cost - Calculated as Quantity Per * Standard Cost
- Formula Management - Formula management of the related Formula Version.
- Formula Version - Specifies the Formula Version associated with this Item Formula line.
- Import Item Formula
- Line No.
- Link to Operation No. - Routing Operation No. linked to the Item Formula, enabling the automatic consumption of raw materials when the routing step is completed.
- Parent - Specifies the parent item being produced by this Item Formula.
- Parent Description - Displays the description of the parent item.
- Parent Low Level
- Parent Qty. to Make - The total quantity of the parent item to be produced based on the available quantity of the component.
- Per - If the Formula Version is blank or the Formula Management is "Qty. Per," enter the quantity of the component required to produce 1 unit of the parent item.
- Qty. Available - Quantity available for the Unit of Measure, calculated as: Qty. Available = On Hand - Allocated
- Scrap % - Used to calculate the expected quantity on the Work Order or Production Journal.
- Standard Cost - The standard base cost of the component item.
- Unit of Measure - Specifies the Unit of Measure used for the component quantity in the Item Formula.
- Vendor - Default vendor of the component.
