Meal Requirements Planning Feature

This function will create the sales order/invoice (depending on the Food Bank Setup) for the deliveries specified.

Meal Requirements Planning Setup

• Menu Type: Enter either MTM or Congregate

• Meal Program: Enter the Program if you want to generate the documents for a specific document

• Household Account (Optional): Enter a Household account if you want to generate the documents for a specific household

• Delivery Start Date: Enter the Starting delivery date for the documents you are going to create

• Delivery End Date: Enter the Ending delivery date for the documents you are going to create

• Funding assignments: related to each account

• Used to report on billing

• Will be brought over to the invoice, then used on reports.
