You can use QuickBooks Online to manage AR, AP, and GL while using GoldFinch to manage all other business processes, such as Sales, Purchases, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.

GoldFinch QBO Integration includes the following mappings.

  • Customers

  • Vendors (only supplier vendors)

  • Sales Invoices

  • Sales Credit Memos

  • Purchase Invoices

  • Purchase Credit Memos

If you use http://Bill.com to receive and process your vendor bills, you should turn off the GoldFinch QBO integration of Vendors, Purchase Invoices, and Purchase Credit Memos. After you receive a bill from http://Bill.com and before you pay it, you should manually create Purchase Invoices in GoldFinch to ensure you have received the right quantities of inventory and the cost on the bill is accurate.
