Refresh Work Orders

Occasionally, you may need to regenerate Work Lines after updates to Item Formulas (BOM) or Routing.

Refresh a single Work Order

If no work has been posted or performed against the Work Order, you can safely refresh it by re-entering:

• Quantity

• Formula Version

• Routing Version

After updating these fields, the system will regenerate Work Lines using the most recent BOM and routing setup.

Batch refresh multiple Work Orders

If you need to refresh many Work Orders at once:

1. Add a Batch Refresh button to the Work Order list view.

2. Select all Work Orders that need to be updated.

3. Click Batch Refresh to regenerate Work Lines for all selected records in one action.
