Before proceeding with the Outside Service Process in GoldFinch, certain item types must be set up correctly. These include:

Raw Materials

Finished Goods

Outside Service Items

Packing Items
Steps to Set Up Raw Materials, Packing Items, and Finished Goods
Open the App Launcher and search for Items.
Click on New or Clone an existing item to create a new item.
Create inventory items using the following configuration:
