Tracking Allocations are inserted only when Tracking Lines for Whse. Shipments are inserted and are used to calculate the Available Qty. on the Bin Content.
On Bin Content, Available = Quantity - Tracking Qty. - Pick Qty.
If Pick Qty. > 0, Allocated Qty. should be 0 because Tracking Lines are only inserted to Whse Shipments when a Pick Ticket is posted.
If Tracking Qty. > 0, Pick Qty. must be 0, because the Pick Ticket must be posted already.
The bin on Pick Line is different from the bin that is on Whse. Shipment Line.
