If the Supply Plan appears to run indefinitely without displaying a Success message, the process has likely encountered an error.
To troubleshoot:
- Navigate to Setup.
- Open Jobs.
- Select Apex Jobs.
- Locate the most recent Supply Plan job.
- Review the job status and any exception details.
If the Apex Job has failed, the exception message will usually identify the cause of the problem. Resolve the underlying issue, then rerun the Supply Plan.
