GoldFinch Managed AI ERP Service is a fully managed AI platform built specifically for GoldFinch ERP customers.

Rather than requiring customers to manage AI models, prompts, infrastructure, integrations, or cloud services, GoldFinch manages the entire AI platform and continuously delivers new capabilities, performance improvements, security updates, and AI model enhancements.

Salesforce remains the system of record for all operational ERP data.

GoldFinch AI securely leverages Salesforce, Google Gemini, and Google BigQuery to provide intelligent assistance, document automation, advanced analytics, and business process automation.

Customers pay a predictable subscription while GoldFinch manages the underlying AI platform and continuously enhances the service.

Monthly AI Credits

Monthly credits do not roll forward.

The service follows a use-it-or-lose-it model.

The minimum subscription is $250 per month, billed quarterly.

Customers may increase their monthly AI Credits at any time as adoption grows.

Quarterly Billing

Subscriptions are billed quarterly.

Each subscription includes a defined monthly AI Credit allocation.

Additional AI Credits may be purchased if required.
