Reports and dashboards

CloudBudget provides configurable Salesforce reports and dashboards for planning, variance analysis, forecasts, approval status, allocations, and budget consumption. Views can be tailored to finance staff, executives, department managers, and program owners.

History and audit support

Budget records and versions can be retained across years. A minimum four-year history is supported subject to the organization’s retention policy and Salesforce data-storage plan. Change history and approval records support review of significant updates.

Annual budget document

Approved budget information can be exported from reports and dashboards for publication. If the annual budget document requires a prescribed layout, narrative sections, charts, or statutory schedules, the output template and publication process are configured during implementation.

Drilldown and analysis

Users can start with consolidated totals and drill into funds, departments, accounts, budget lines, and supporting transactions based on their permissions. Planned-versus-actual comparisons and rolling forecasts help management review performance and make course corrections.
