This release introduces enhanced Project Management capabilities and several key functional improvements to streamline operations, strengthen payment processing, and optimize system performance.

Project Management Enhancements

GoldFinch now consolidates project-related functions into a single platform, designed to replace external tools such as Smartsheet and Monday.com.

• Unified management of:

  • Inventory

  • Sales Quotes & Orders

  • Purchase Orders

  • Work Orders

  • Supply Planning

Projects now act as a central hub for all related transactions.

Enhancements to Payment Processing – ACH Support via Global Payments

In addition to credit card integration, GoldFinch now supports ACH payments via Global Payments.

Key Features

• Flexible Payment Method Selection
  When sending a payment request, choose whether to allow:

  • ACH

  • Credit Card

  • Both

• Customer Experience
  Customers only see the payment methods you allow when they open the portal link in the payment request email.

• Separate Processing Fees
  Configure separate fee structures for ACH and credit card transactions.

• GL Posting by Payment Type
  Post payments to different GL accounts based on payment type (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Savings, Checking).

• Lump-Sum Payments
  Request or collect a single payment and apply it to multiple invoices.

Sales and Purchase Blanket Orders

Blanket Orders help manage long-term commitments:

• Track high-volume or long-term sales/purchase agreements

New compression routines are available to optimize storage for:

• General Ledger Entries

• Item Ledger Entries, Cost Entries, and Item Application Entries (for single-warehouse environments)

These routines delete mission-critical data.
